Isiolo Regional Hospital (IRH) is a Level IV military medical facility dedicated to serving Kenya Defence Forces personnel, their dependants, and veterans across the Upper Eastern region of Kenya. The hospital operates independently from the public Isiolo County Referral Hospital, which serves the general population.

Located within the Isiolo Barracks, IRH was established to bring essential and specialized medical services closer to military communities, significantly reducing the need for patients to travel to Nairobi for treatment.
